I read this earlier this year. I thought it was okay, but I don't think I got as much out of it as you did. There are a handful of things that I took away that I try to do everyday now.

There are several things that I try to do now. I have a note on my monitor that says "Consider the Context". It's a good reminder and helps me think of the bigger picture.

I also carry around a small moleskine notebook (lined instead of unlined) that I write ideas and thoughts into when they come up. Or I try to act on the thought quickly before I forget.

I also attempt to plan things using the SMART objectives.

I also liked reading about the concept of the two kinds of thought processes.

Aside from that though...meh. I'm glad that you liked it, and I wish that I liked it more than I do. I don't go out of my way recommending the book as a result, and reading your review it sounds like others may get value out of it that I didn't.
