		<description>You said it.  And it&#039;s so fluid - as a DBA, I can just glance over at Twitter when I&#039;m between tasks, answer somebody&#039;s question in a matter of seconds, and make a difference in how their day goes.  That&#039;s so fulfilling and so easy at the same time.</description>

		<description>This is one of the reasons I&#039;m such a big fan of the SQL Server community. Stories like this are the norm. Folks helping each other to get the jobs done, with no reward other than knowing they helped someone. Can&#039;t get any better than that.</description>
